Senior Business Operations Manager

Part of the senior management team in establishing a new GDIT field project office that supports a multi city fiber optic network installation deployment. Other key functions include:

·               Directly oversaw the stand-up process of the 35k sqft material warehouse where all OSP materials are housed and dispensed to subcontractors and employees.

·               Hired and managed the P6 Primavera scheduler which managed the timelines and buildout schedules for the project. Communicated to stake holders on progress.
